Keble’s mix of Victorian architecture and contemporary developments mean that, across its two sites, the College provides excellent flexible space for meetings of up to 250.

With two bespoke lecture theatres, and 15+ flexible spaces of differing sizes that can be adapted to meet the requirements of any meeting set up. Our in-house technical team ensure that any meeting has hybrid capability to enable both speakers and delegates to access them remotely.

State of the art technical set up

Day meetings for up to 100 are ideal for the HB Allen Centre Lecture Theatre with its Harvard-style seating and state of the art technical set up.

It also benefits from a number additional breakout or workshop rooms, as well as easy access to the Robin Gefen Cafeteria for refreshment breaks or lunch.

Varied room selection

The main Keble site offers a varied selection of rooms from the traditional Pusey and Gibbs in Pusey Quad to the more modern styling of the O’Reilly theatre and Douglas Price Room in the Sloane Robinson building, all with hybrid working capabilities.

In addition the Arco suite rooms can be partitioned into three spaces each with access to an outdoor terrace on Newman Quad.

All meetings benefit from the potential for meals in the neo-Gothic Dining Hall or alternative options served in your meeting room.
