Offering over 50 years of event catering experience, we are able to shape your menu to whatever your need, whether that be a formal sit-down dinner or a bacon-roll breakfast.
Our Executive Head Chef, Freddy, loves nothing better than to delight our clients by showing off his culinary skills.
Our menus have been tailor-made to complement each course, from the starter to dessert. We will work closely with you on this to create the perfect menu. Our knowledgeable team will also happily offer suggestions on wine, or if you have a preference we can source this selection on your behalf, so that your event runs as smoothly as possible
Day conferences can choose between offering their delegates hot or cold buffets close to or in their event space or opt for the menu of the day and dine with other guests in the Dining Hall.
Evening dinners can take place in the grandeur of our oak panelled Dining Hall or in a private room depending on the size and nature of the event. For residential conference guests, breakfast is in the Dining Hall where we offer a selection of hot and cold options from the servery.
